Our Program
Bring your own laptop to walk through your agency's Excel Tool with Jodi Simco from the Hay Group.

At this facilitated two-hour FREE event, you will leave with a better understanding of how to:
  • Use a customized Excel Tool to review, understand and interpret your survey results
  • Prioritize survey results and select the 2-3 critical areas for action
  • Communicate survey results to leadership and employees
  • Begin identifying initial actions to improving the workplace environment
The Analyze Your Data workshop is recommended for agency managers and staff who use Best Places to Work data and the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. All participant must be individually registered to attend this event and are highly encouraged to bring business cards.

Our Approach
Across government, agencies face demanding, high-priority performance goals and calls for increased efficiency. Now, more than ever, a committed workforce is necessary to meet these challenges. Trained facilitators will lead workshop participants through a series of exercises to help them better utilize Best Places to Work to inform their action plans to improve employee satisfaction at their agencies. We invite workshop participants to come to this workshop ready to share their perspectives and ask questions.
